Silence takes on new meaning after the death of a loved one. Perhaps it is in that silence that we can still hear our loved one in our hearts.

I hope hearing Nana in your heart gives you more and more comfort in the years ahead. I still hear my father sometimes.

❤ As we get older and we lose more and more dear ones, it is helpful to think that we can still hear them. I'm sure it is comfort to hear your father still present within you over these many months.

It sure is. It took a while, but most of the time now, the comfort is stronger than the sadness.

Thank you. It’s only been a week and a half with my mom, so my head is still reeling.

People don’t die. Their bodies do, but the person lives on forever. They live on in you and in everyone they knew.

That’s lovely, John. Thank you. We have been blessed by many friends and family sharing stories about how my mom impacted their lives – and having Baby ABC experience almost two years with her great-nana reminds me of how far into the future she will reach.
