Under the United States Constitution and laws, Congress appropriates funds and the president and executive branch spends those funds as Congress has directed – and Trump and his administration need to do this or resign because they are breaking their oaths to uphold the Constitution.

And the other 2 branches must make sure that happens. Because this administration doesn’t give a fig about the Constitution OR their oaths.

The courts are on it but I don’t know if there are enough Congressional Republicans to stand up and call Trump to account. We wouldn’t be in this situation if the Senate Republicans had voted by the evidence of either of the two impeachments in the first term.
We also have to hope that the military upholds their oaths because unlawful orders are like to come their way, which they have the obligation to oppose,
