I managed to starting mail out holiday greetings today, but expect it will take a week or longer to get them all sent, given the limitations on my brainpower and energy.
Please join us for Linda’s One-Liner Wednesdays, which are usually inspirational and/or fun, even though mine today is neither of those things. Find out more here: https://lindaghill.com/2024/12/11/one-liner-wednesday-this-is-the-life/

You are ahead of me! I mean, we got out the international cards, but we’re still trying to get the domestic ones done.

You’ve been wildly baking, though! I’m actually doing just letters, not cards, to my friends, so it’s only part of our list. I’ll see how things go, if I make it through that, whether or not I help B & T with the rest of the list who will probably get actual cards. It’s a far cry from the days when I was able to do all the card with personalized notes or letters without help. That got derailed during our long years of elder-tending and I’ve never been able to get back to it. (I’m sure you needed all that detail!)

I love receiving greeting cards, but have not sent them out in years. It reminds me of my parents who faithfully did this until they just simply could not. I know people who get your card or letter are extremely pleased to have them arrive.

Thank you, Ellen. I am old-school on some things, even if I do have to make accomodations to circumstances sometimes.
